Wash your potatoes thoroughly

Peel 2 of the potatoes and cook them till soft

Once cooked drain the water and mash the potatoes

Add a tablepoon butter and mix well

Oil your muffin baking tin

Divide the mashed potatoes in the baking tin

Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Slice the potatoes thinnly into about 2 mm thickness.

Slice all of them

Toss the potayo slices in a bowl with olive oil/ melted butter, salt and pepper.

Arrange about 12 potato slices as they overlap each other.

Roll them to the end

Plant the folded potato slices in the mashed potatoes

Do the same for all the slices

Bake in the oven for 45 mins. It is now ready.
