Steps
- 1
Add the digestive biscuits to a plastic bag and seal so none escape.
- 2
Using a rolling pin or hands crush up the biscuits in the bag, but not too fine leaving some small chunks.
- 3
Melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir until all ingredients are melted.
- 4
Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the broken biscuits and raisins(optional).
- 5
Using some more butter grease a baking tin and spoon the chocolate mixture from the bowl into it. Level out using the back of a table spoon.
- 6
Allow to cool for a few minutes then decorate with chocolate buttons, chocolate chips, mini Marsh mallows etc.
- 7
Leave to cool in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
- 8
Slice, serve and enjoy:)
