2 lbbeef stew meat
1 cuponion, chopped
2 cancondensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cansliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsppepper
1 packagescream cheese
1 cupsour cream or Greek yogurt
6 cuphot cooked noodles

In the slow cooker, combine beef, onion, soup, mushrooms, and pepper.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until beef is very tender.

Stir the cubed cream cheese into beef mixture until melted.

Stir in the sour cream.
