1Arugula
6basil, chiffoned
3 tbspmozzarella ball, cubed
1/4 cupchopped tomato
1/4 cupaged balsamic vinegar
2 tbspolive oil
1salt and pepper to taste
1croutons

Layer as follows: Arugula, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, croutons.

Add vinegar, oil and salt and pepper to mason jar. Shake.

Serve dressing over salad.
