Ingredients

  • Paneer cubes - 200 g
  • 3Onion
  • 2Tomato
  • Paste (garlic, ginger, green chilli)
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Garam Masala Powder
  • Kasuri Methi
  • LeavesCoriander
  • Salt (To Taste)
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan or kadai, heat oil and add cumin seeds, then add chopped onion and saute it, then add tomato and saute, then add paste made with ginger, garlic & green chillies. Saute them till the raw taste goes off. Now keep it on lower-flame.

  2. 2

    Now add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Add little bit of water so that a proper uniform mix is formed. Now add kasuri methi and salt.

  3. 3

    Now add paneer cubes, and lightly mix till the masala gets uniformly coated on the paneer on low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve tawa paneer masala with chapati.
