Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • 4 tbsoil
  • Peanut butter
  • barChocolate

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the sugar and egg till foamy

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients and make a batter

  3. 3

    Spoon half way the cup cake add a dolop of peanut butter and piece of dark chocolate

  4. 4

    Top up with batter, about ¾ way

  5. 5

    Bake at 180 for 15-20mins

  6. 6

    Serve warm with generous icing sugar.
