20 gramssugar
3 gramsactive dry yeast
15 gramsbutter
50 gramswater
35 gramseggs

Steps

Except for butter, mix all the ingredients into a dough.

Add butter into the dough, let the dough rise for 30 minutes

Separate the dough into 6 small dough, roll into round-shaped and let it rise for 10 minutes

Make the small dough into doughnut-shape and let it rise for 15 minutes

Fry the doughnut until golden-brown

Decorate the doughnut
