1/2 cupbutter
3/4 cupsugar
1egg
1 1/2 cupflour
1 tspcream of tartar
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/4 tspsalt
1cinnamon sugar

Cream together butter and sugar.

Add the egg and beat.

Add flour, tartar, soda, and salt. Mix well.

Roll pieces of dough into balls. Roll each ball in cinnamon sugar and place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes.
