Ingredients

  • 1sliced lemon
  • 1 largethinly sliced cucumber
  • 2 tbspthinly sliced fresh ginger root
  • 1mint leaves if desired

    combine all ingredients in a 2 quart pitcher

    muddle together gently

  3. 3

    add water

  4. 4

    let steep over night

  5. 5

    drink one glass as soon as u wake up. then one glass before each meal. it is a zesty drink that helps jump your metabolism ENJOY!!!!
