Ingredients

30 mins
5 servings
  1. 8 ozegg noodles
  2. 3 tbspbutter
  3. 1 largeonion,quartered
  4. 3/4 lbportobella mushrooms,sliced
  5. 1 1/2 cupbeef broth
  6. 8 ozsour cream
  7. 4 ozgoat cheese
  8. 3 tbspall- purpose flour
  9. 1/4 cupfresh,chopped parsley

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    cook noodles as directed on box,drain, don't rinse

  2. 2

    in a large skillet,melt butter over med heat. add onion,and cook,stirring until softened.turn heat up to med- high,and add the mushrooms. cook until soft and browned.

    on low heat add your broth,sour cream, and goat cheese. simmer for 10- 15 min.

  4. 4

    season with salt n pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    add parsley right before serving.

  6. 6

    pour your sauce over the noodles,and stir until blended.

  7. 7
