  1. 3Sweet Potatoes; cooked & mashed
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 3 largeEggs; beaten
  4. 1/2 cupMilk
  5. 8 tbspButter; melted
  6. 1 tbspVanilla Extract
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. Topping
  9. 1 cupBrown Sugar
  10. 4 tbspButter; room temperature
  11. 1/2 cupAll Purpose Flour
  12. 1 cupChopped Pecans

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease an 8-inch square casserole dish.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, vanilla extract, & salt. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, butter, flour, & pecans. Crumble the topping over the sweet potato mixture.

  4. 4

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve.
