5Cucumbers
3 tbspSesame oil
3 tbspVinegar
2 tbspSugar
6 tbspSoy sauce
1Red chili pepper

Slice the cucumbers in half vertically, then chop roughly and sprinkle with salt.

Put all the seasoning ingredients in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Pour the sauce over the cucumbers while still hot.
