  • 6eggs
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 125 gramsbutter
  • 10 tbspwater
  • 2 tspbaking powder (heaped)

Steps

    Pre heat oven to 180°C

  2. 2

    Mix eggs & sugar together till light & fluffy

  3. 3

    Sift flour & add pinch of salt

  4. 4

    Melt butter & water together & let cool, then add to mixture & mix well

  5. 5

    Add baking powder, mix well & pour into cake tin
