Ingredients

  1. 1cuban bread
  2. 2 tbspvegan mayo
  3. Earth balance butter
  4. 2 tspmustard
  5. 1/4 cupmushrooms
  6. 1chopped onions
  7. 1/2 cuplettuce
  8. 2pickles

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes in skillet.

  2. 2

    Spread butter on bread and add all ingredients except for mayo and mustard to bread and cook in sandwich press.

  3. 3

    Mix mayo and mustard and cut sandwich into triangles
