  1. 4 cupFlour
  2. 3 cupSugar
  3. 2 tspBaking soda
  4. 1 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 1 tspCinnamon
  6. 1 tspBaking powder
  7. 1 tspNutmeg
  8. 1/2 tspAllspice
  9. 1/2 tspCloves
  10. 1/4 tspGinger
  11. 4Eggs
  12. 1 cupVegetable oil
  13. 15 ozCanned pumpkin
  14. 2/3 cupWater
  15. 1 cupChopped pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat first 14 ingredients at medium speed with electric mixer until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in pecans. Spoon evenly into 2 greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
