3Chopped onion
2Chopped tomato
1tspMalai
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspRed chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspGaram masala
1/2 kgPalak
1tspSugar
Oil
1tspGinger garlic paste
250gmPaneer

Steps

First of all blanch palak and make puree.

In pan take oil. Add onion and ginger garlic paste.

Then add tomato after sumtime add all remaining ingredients except palak puree.

Then add palak puree and paneer cubes.

Palak paneer is ready to serve.
