Preheat oven to 375°. Mix bead crumbs, 1/4 faygo, ground beef in large bowl. Press into 9inch deep-dish pie pan in form of pie crust.

Drain and rinse black eyed peas and black beans. Mix black eyed peas, black beans, salsa, remaining faygo, and tapioca in a different bowl.

Put filling on crust and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and add cheese on top and back in for 10 minutes. Pull out and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain then serve.
