Ingredients

  1. 4Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  2. 1/2 cuphoney
  3. 1Lemon Juiced
  4. 3key limes juiced (or half of a regular lime)
  5. 1 tbspMustard
  6. 1 tbspSpicy Mustard (preferably Mrs.Dogs brand mustard)
  7. 1 tbspcider vinegar
  8. 1/2 tbsRed Pepper Flakes
  9. 2 tspChili Blend (not powder)
  10. 3 cupscooked white rice
  11. 1 bunchgreen onions
  12. 3 tbsolive oil
  13. 3 tbschili blend (not powder)

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by cutting the chicken into bite size pieces & covering it in the olive oil & 3 tbs chili blend. Cut the green onions into small pieces separating the tops from the bottoms adding the bottoms to the chicken pieces & set the tops aside for later. Then let sit in the fridge for at least 45 minutes or longer if you like.

    Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl & set to the side to use as your glaze for later.

    Start cooking the marinaded chicken in a frying pan.

  4. 4

    Once the chicken is half cooked add the rice & the glaze and keep cooking all the way through.

  5. 5

    Add green onion tops & serve.
