Steps

1st gently wash the palak leaves and keep aside for drying.

Mashed potatoes and season it with salt and pepper. Add cheese and make small balls. Bake small tikkis.

Shred palak leaves and fry it crispy.crush fried palak when it is hot. Mix some salt and crushed sugar with chill flakes.

Now assemble the chaat. Place potato tikkis on plate.

Add all ingredients which i have mentioned.
- 6
Serve immediately.
