Heat oil add mustard seed let it crackle add crushed garlic and saute for few minutes.

Now add chopped onion and green chilli & curry leaves.

Cook for 3 to 5 minutes now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder & chopped palak.

Then mix it well and cover it with lid.

Once the palak is cooked add grated coconut and mix it very nicely.

Cook for few minutes and turn off the flame.

Palak Thoron is ready to serve.
