Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes 4 boiled
  • 1 cupPalak paste
  • 1/2 cupOnion chopped
  • 2Carrot peices boiled
  • 1/2 cupPeas
  • Salt to taste
  • Red mirchi powder
  • 1 tspHari mirchi paste
  • Oil as neededshallow fry
  • 2 to 4 tspCorn flour for binding
  • 6 to 8Onion rings decorate
  • 5 tspTomato sause

Steps

  1. 1

    Take bowl keep sweet potatoes Peel skin smash it put palak paste and put carrot, mutter,onion chilli paste

  2. 2

    In this mixture add salt jeera powder mix thoroughly finall add corn flour mix fully

  3. 3

    In that mixture take small quantity put on hands put the sticks in middle do like kabab shape with the help of hands

  4. 4

    After that keep fry pan on staw once heat that next keep on kababs that pan,,shallow fri pour few drops oil,,fri all sides,,,until gold colour,,,plate that kababs

  5. 5

    Ready to serve good snak in the evening time,,,be fit
