  • 1 quartFresh pork, cooked
  • 2 lbGround chuck
  • 5 canTomatoes
  • 2 canEnglish peas
  • 1 canTomato sauce, large
  • 4 cupChopped onions
  • 2 cupCatsup
  • 1 quartMashed potatoes, cooked
  • 1 smallHot sauce to taste
  • 1 quart5 Thighs Chicken, cooked cut in small pieces
  • 1Broth from chicken if needed
  • 1 smallsalt and pepper to taste
  • 2 canCorn, cream
  • 1 cupMacaroni, cooked

Steps

4 hours
  1. 1

    Put meat in large pot. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Do not brown meat.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, catsup, onions, tomatoes sauce, English peas and simmer for 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Add corn and potatoes, macaroni and continue cooking over low heat for additional hour.

  4. 4

    Makes 9 quarts and serves 35 people
