Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3Chicken bottoms
  2. 3Big red potatoes
  3. 1Onion, Garlic, Paprika powder, Salt & Pepper
  4. 1Parsley Flakes for garnish (optional)
  5. 1Broccoli Florets
  6. Sauce
  7. 1/4 cupKetchup
  8. 1/4 cupHoney
  9. 1/4 cupMustard
  10. 1White Sesame Seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350°. Place chicken in baking pan, put a little water in bottom of pan. Bake covered for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    In the meantime prepare the sauce. Combine sauce ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, continue cooking on a low flame for 5-7 minutes.

    Peel potatoes, cut into chips at thickness of 1cm.

  4. 4

    After 15 minutes, remove chicken from oven. Take out chicken from pan, set aside. Put potatoes into pan neatly lined. Spice with garlic, onion, paprika powder, salt & pepper to taste. Place chicken back into pan, on top of potatoes.

    Pour sauce over chicken and a bit on potatoes.

    Bake covered for 1 hour.

  7. 7

    Uncover, sprinkle with parsley flakes, add broccoli and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
