1 cupShortening Cream with sugar
1 1/2 cupSugar Cream with shortening
2Eggs Beaten. Add to sugar mixture
2 3/4 cupSIFTED Flour
2 tspCream of Tarter
1 tspBaking Soda
1/2 tspSalt

Blend dry ingred. together.

Add dry ingred. & sugar mixture together.

Place dough in wax paper & refrig. overnight. Roll into small walnut size balls.

Roll balls in cinnamon mixture. Mixture is 4T. Sugar & 4t. Cinnamon.

Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 375?F for apx. 8-10 min
