Chane ko raat bhar ke liye Pani mein bhigo dijiye.

Ab ek cooker mein tel garam kijiye ismein pyaz ko sunahara hone Tak fry kijiye.

Ab ismein ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chana masala, haldi powder, red chilli powder, salt sabhi ko daal Kar achche se fry kijiye.

Masalo ko tell chodne Tak fry kijiye. Ab ismein paani daal dijiye aur chane bhi daal dijiye.

Pane 2 cup se thoda Jada daliye.

Cooker mein Citi lagakar isse low flame par rakhiye 5 Citi ho Jane par flame off Kar dijiye.

Masala chana ko serve kijiye.
