Heat oil in a wok,add mashed potatoes and dry slices and saute it for 4-5 minutes.

Keep aside.

Take 2 bread slices,place potato mixture cover with other bread slice.

Add besan,ajwain and salt in a mixing bowl add water and make a batter.

Dip bread slice in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
