Ingredients

  • 2 cuppoha
  • 3 cupboil matar
  • 3 tspCuba Garam masala
  • 1 tspciba Amchoor
  • Pinchciba Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp sugar
  • pinchSalt
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • 2tomato grated
  • 1 tspheeng
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • pinchSalt
  • 1 tbspkishmish
  • 1 spoon cashew
  • as neededDesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve and wash poha

  2. 2

    Add salt 1&1/2tsp ciba Garam masala

  3. 3

    Add salt and sugar

  4. 4

    1sp Warm desi ghee

  5. 5

    Add ciba Amchoor

    Mix well &keep aside

  7. 7

    Soaked kishmish in lemon juice and keep aside

  8. 8

    Take a add desi ghee crackle jeera &heeng, cashew

  9. 9

    Add Ginger &matar mix well

  10. 10

    Add pinch of ciba Kashmiri Mirch

    Add ciba Garam masala &half spoon of sugar

    Mix well &add Grated tomatoes cook 5-7mnts

    After mnts add kishmish mix well

    Add soaked poha mix well &cook simmer flame for 5mnts

  15. 15

    Before serving add chopped coriander leaves &lemon juice..
