Ingredients

  1. 1 cupButter (softened)
  2. 1/2 cupShortening
  3. 1 1/2 cupWhite sugar
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 2 tspVanilla extract
  6. 1 tspTarter
  7. 2 cupFlour
  8. 1 tspBaking soda
  9. 1 tspSalt
  10. 2 tbspWhite sugar
  11. 2 tspGround cinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 400°F

  2. 2

    Cream together butter, shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Then blend in flour, cream of tarter, baking soda, and salt. Shape dough into little balls.

  4. 4

    Roll balls of dough in sugar and cinnamon mixture, place 2 inch apart in undressed pan. Back 10-15 mins
