Ingredients

  1. 1 lblean ground beef
  2. 1 canbeef broth
  3. 1 candiced tomatoes and green chile undrained
  4. 1green and yellow bell pepper
  5. 2 cupinstant rice uncooked
  6. 1 1/2 cupgrated cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    brown meat in large skillet. stir in broth, and tomatoes, bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    add peppers,and rice, stir. cover, simmer on low heat 5 min. or until tender.

  3. 3

    top with cheese. broil uncovered, 2-3 min or until melted.
