Ingredients

  2. 500 gramsall_purpose flour
  3. 55 gramssugar
  4. 40 gramssolf unsalted butter
  5. 280 gramsmilk
  6. 11 gramsinsant yeast
  7. 12 gramssalt
  8. Larminating
  9. 1egg
  10. 280 gramscold unsalted butter

Cooking Instructions

    mixe all dough ingedients

    make the dough in 3 minutes

    leave it in refrigerater overnight

  4. 4

    cut the butter, roll out to 17x17x 1.5 cm

  5. 5

    stretch the dough. roll out to 25x25 cm

  6. 6

    use the dough to cover the butter, roll out to 15x60 cm , then fold 3 times

  7. 7

    repeat 3 times

  8. 8

    roll out 15x60 cm, cut 10-15 triangle shape, make the croossant shape
