  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tsptumeric
  • 1 tbspcooking oil

    Crack eggs in a bowl. Add salt and tumeric and whisk

  2. 2

    Chop the tomato and onion and keep aside

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and onions

  4. 4

    Add the tomato and stir until soft.

  5. 5

    Add the black pepper and keep stirring

  6. 6

    Add the egg mix and keep stirring.

  7. 7

    Till scrambled.

  8. 8

    Serve.
