  • 1 cupCanned Pumpkin
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1/2 tspCinnamon
  • 1/4 tspNutmeg
  • 1/4 tspAllspice
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 3 largeEggs
  • Spiced Wafer Crust
  • 1 packagesSpiced Wafers
  • 5 tbspButter
  • 1 tbspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Mix Crust Ingredients and press into Pie pan.

  3. 3

    Combine all filling ingredients until smooth and well mixed.

  4. 4

    Fill Pie crust with filling.

  5. 5

    Let Cool, then chill for atleast 2 hours
