Pour hot water over butter/margarine

Let cool. Add yeast. See yeast paket for safe temp for activation.

Blend in eggs.

Add sugar, salt, baking powder, and flour.

Mix for ten minutes. Should be doughy and smooth. A bread mixer or kitchen aid works best.

Cover. Set in warm place and let rise until double in size

Take dough out of bowl and place on flour covered counter.

Form 1 inch dough balls and place on greased or parchment covered baking sheet space 2 inches apart. Should make 3-4 dozen rolls.

Cover sheets and set in warm place. Let rise again until double in size.

Preheat oven to 400°F

Once dough has doubled in size, bake for 15 min or until golden brown on top.
