cut top and bottom off watermelon

cut off rinds down the sides

place in the middle of platter u will use to serve it on

in a mixing bowl mix milk and instant pudding

add cool whip and mix well

spread pudding mix generously over entire watermelon

decorate as desired : candies, sliced fruits, nuts....

slice it up like u would a round cake and serve
