Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 8 large potatoes
  2. 6 sliceGreen onion
  3. 6 tbsp butter
  4. 9 tbspflour
  5. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1 1/2 tsppepper
  7. 8 cupmilk
  8. 2 1/2 cupshredded cheese
  9. 8 slicebacon

Cooking Instructions

    Cut potatoes cubed and cook and set aside

  2. 2

    Cook 6 tablespoon green onion in butter until tender, stir in flour, salt and pepper add milk cook and stir for 15 minutes or until thick add potatoes and 2 cups of cheeseuntil it melts.

    Top each with remaing cheese green onion and bacon crumbles
