Add yogurt and stir with fork just until dough holds together, adding more flour or yogurt by tablespoonfuls until the dough is soft and smooth.

Divide into equal pieces and flatten with floured hands.

Heat olive oil over medium heat and heat dough until puffed and browned. Flip and cook other side.

Store unused dough in sealed container between parchment paper for up to four days.
