Ingredients

1 headiceberg lettuce, chopped
1 headcauliflower, broken into small pieces
1sweet pepper, chopped
1 smallonion or celery or both, chopped
2 cupmayonnaise
1 cupshredded cheese
1 packagesDoritos

Steps

In a large bowl, layer with the first 4 ingredients.

Mix mayonnaise and shredded cheese together and spread over salad layers to seal.

Sprinkle with crushed Doritos.

Cover and chill overnight.

Toss just before serving.
