  • 1 canGarbanzo beans/Chickpeas (15 oz)
  • 1 cloveGarlic (small)
  • 1/4 cupOlive oil
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 tspCumin
  • 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel chickpeas. This is tedious, but important for smoothness. Crush the garlic.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in food processor and run until creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
