Yummy icing from cousin Colette.
Steps

Beat butter with electric mixer until fluffy.

Add powdered sugar and milk and continue beating until fluffy.

Add almond extract to taste and mix thouroughly.
- 4
Double recipe if you want lots of icing. This icing is enough for a batch of cupcakes and you can ice a double layer cake if you spread it really thinly.
