  1. 4-5golgappe (pkt)
  2. 1Potato boiled
  3. to tasteSpices
  4. 1/2 tspChat masala
  5. as neededCurd
  6. pinchSugar
  7. To tasteMint sauce
  8. to tasteImli sauce
  9. 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  10. as neededMalai sev
  11. 1Onion chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the golgappas

  2. 2

    Add sugar in curd and whisk it properly

  3. 3

    Now boil the potato

  4. 4

    After boiling mash it and add onion, spices into it

  5. 5

    Now add filling in golgappa add mint sauce imli sauce and sweet curd.

  6. 6

    At last roast the cumin seeds

  7. 7

    Garnish with cumin seed and malai sev
