Steps

In a pan take sugar add water till sugar level. Boil till one thread. Keep aside.

Now in a blender take ripen bananas and milk blend it to smooth paste.

Now take all ingredients and mix well to make smooth batter. Keep aside for 1-2 hrs.

Heat appe pan and grease it. Pour batter with the help of spoon. Cover and cook for 2 mins.

Flip on other side and again cook for 2 mins

Dip in sugar syrup for 2-3 mins.

Take out in serving plate and garnish with almonds.
