Chop eggplant in thin slices.

Spread oil on the slices

Place on it tawa with medium flame, I generally prepare the dishes on induction.

After it start to loosen from tawa invert it and Cook on lower flame cook and place lid over it.

After 3-4 minutes remove the lid and have a high flame and cook for 1 minute.

Remove all slices from tawa arrange it on plate over tissue paper, so as to avoid moisture at bottom.

After it is slightly cooled, sprinkle chaat masala, salt, red chilli powder.

Enjoy the dish as starter.
