  • 4 eachpork chop
  • 1 largeonion
  • 3/4 cupchicken stock
  • 1 tbspfresh chop parsley
  • 2 tspfresh chop roseMary
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspworstershire sauce
  • 1olive oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    sprinkle the pork with salt n pepper n on both sides with parsly Rosemary and garlic

  2. 2

    preheat Pan with olive oil over medium to high heat

  3. 3

    add pork n book for 2 mins on each side

  4. 4

    add oil add onion season with salt n pepper, reduce heat to medium n cook for 8 to 10 mins.add chicken stock and wss sauce. turn the heat to medium high and bring to a boil.add pork n Cook another 6 mins. to the onion mixture add butter

  5. 5

    spoon the mixture over the chops
