Ingredients

  • 35 largemarshmallows
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 1/2 cupfrozen sliced peaches, thawed or 1 package (10 oz) frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed, undrained
  • 1/8 tspalmond extract
  • 1 carton(8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1graham cracker crust (9 inches)

    Place marshmallows and milk in a large microwave-safe bowl.

  2. 2

    Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1-2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Stir until smooth; set aside.

  4. 4

    Finely chop the peaches; mash lightly with a fork or pulse in a food processor until finely chopped.

  5. 5

    Add to marshmallow mixture.s

  6. 6

    Stir in extract.

  7. 7

    Fold in whipped topping; pour into crust.

  8. 8

    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
