4 servings

200 gmMinced chicken
50 gmroasted chana flour
8 gmgarlic powder
8 gmjeerapowder
8 gmblack pepper powder
200 gmsCheese Grated
to tasteSalt
as neededBread crumbs to roll the quenells
as neededOil for frying

Mix together and form a dough except bread crumbs and cheese

Fill cheese in the center and shape it with the help of two spoons to form a quenelle shape
3

Roll in bread crumbs and fry them on medium heat till golden in colour
4

Serve with any dip or jalapeno hummus
