Boiled Rice Coconut green pease and Fried Chicken

Boil the rice till well cooked with some salt and alittle oil

Fry the green boiled pease in onion and tomatoes add your choice of spices finally add some coconut cream to the consistency you want add alittle turmeric powder simmer it for a few minutes.

Marinade your chicken pieces in apple cider vinegar some soy source ginger garlic mixed herbs some salt and a dash of honey. Boil them in some milk till they dry up.(not much milk) let the chicken pieces cool then deep fry in hot oil till brown well done but not too dry.

Cut slices of ripe tomatoes then plate your meal
