Takw a bowl to add whisk dahi,gingergarlic paste,salt,redchilli and chicken,hadi marinate the chicken andcook for low flame. Then add kewadha essence,rose water and whole masale. Cook it and gew min ke naad usko flame se hata do usko silver foil se rape kar ke rakh do

Take a kadhai to add oil and then add girst layer of marinate chicken. And second layer of soak rice. And then add few milk,cream,coriander.

Take a dough and roll it. Itna roll krna hai ke kadhai ko pura rape kar sake ke uske steam bhar na eye.

Low flame par cook krna hai kadhai ke niche tawa ya flat utensil rakh kar cook kar karein 30 to 35 min ke liye kar le.

Serve for hot. Garnish for cream,biryani ready
