Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 tbsSpanish paprika
  2. 1 tbstumeric
  3. 1/2 tbsBlack pepper
  4. 1/2 tbssalt
  5. 2 tbsdark soy sauce
  6. Ginger garlic paste
  7. 100 gwheat flour
  8. 1 kgchicken wings
  9. 1/2 cupplain yoghurt or butter milk(maziwa mala)
  10. 500 mlCooking oil

    Wash and cut the wings into small pieces

  2. 2

    Add all dry ingredients except flour and mix well

  3. 3

    Add all the liquid ingredients except cooking oil to the mixture to create your marinade sauce

  4. 4

    Add the wings to the marinade and mix well.Then cover with a clear film and store in refrigerayor for 30mins..Incase no refrigerator put in a cool place

  5. 5

    Heat the oil to hot...coat your wings with flour and deep fry

  6. 6

    If you wanna make them sticky you can use barbeque sauce or ketchup with some little honey(optional)

  7. 7

    Serve with spaghetti and salad
