Steps

Take the flour and add flax seeds, salt and knead with oil and water. Make it a tough dough. Keep it aside

Boil the potatoes and peas separately. Let the peas be boiled in open see to it it's partially boiled

Peel and mash the potatoes. Add the salt, flax seeds, dry mango pwder, garam masala. Add in the peas and mash them together.

Take the dough roll in to a small circle and stuff the filling and collect the sides and make a potli. Make the potlis ready

Take a pan and add oil to it, heat it, and then put the potlis in to the oil in simmer. Turn them over after some time. Take them out once they are golden brown in colour.

Drain extra oil on to the tissue. Serve hot and with sauce or green chutney.
