Leftover Baked Spaghetti

Got home late due to traffic issues. Have left over spaghetti (a lot) from last night. What can I do other than microwave it, or fry it with some Vindaloo paste (my normal go to).
So I tried this. It turned out really nice, I would like to add some heat before assembly, but the wife nixed that 😉. A little more cheese might have been better also. But that is a personal preference. The wife liked it this way.

Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 325 F
- 2
Get a baking dish large enough for the amount of spaghetti you have. I'm using an 8x8 inch baking dish here.
- 3
Fill it about half way with spaghetti
- 4
Pour broth (or water) in.
- 5
Place some sliced cheese on top I'm using provolone here
- 6
Add another layer of spaghetti
- 7
Cover with sliced cheese
- 8
Place in oven, uncovered, for my size, 50 minutes seemed correct. I did this one 40, it needed 10 more minutes, so i adjusted for that above.
- 9
Let cool a couple minutes to solidify.
